Xavier is a Software Architect and Consultant with over 16 years experience in the software industry. His experience is diverse and includes architecting, developing, managing, consulting, mentoring, training, technical writing and running his own consulting business. He has worked with organizations like Microsoft, Borland, Northrop Grumman, Zurich Insurance, Veterans Administration, El Paso County (Colorado), and numerous others. He is recognized internationally as an industry speaker. He has published several books on software development that have been translated to over a dozen languages and sold internationally. Xavier has been awarded the C# MVP title, served as a Borland TeamB member and is currently a Certified Microsoft Professional.
Xavier founded his consulting firm, Xapware Technologies Inc., in January of 1988. Currently, Xavier is a Sr. Engineer with CODY Systems where he helps in architecting and developing software solutions for Law Enforcement Agencies.
